Care Guidelines: Wash your wok with warm water and carefully remove any leftover food using a nonmetal brush or nylon scouring pad. Ensure the wok is completely dried, then use a paper towel to spread a thin coat of oil evenly over the entire surface of the pan. The surface should feel smooth without any excess oil. Heat the oiled pan on a burner set to high. When you notice the oil starting to smoke lightly, turn off the heat and let the pan cool down.
